Let’s learn about the marine ecosystems with water sports such as kayaking, paddle surfing, big paddle surfing, sailing and/or beach clean-up; on beaches in Barcelona, El Maresme or Castelldefels, just 25 minutes away from Barcelona. During 1h30 min you will discover the treasures of the sea while contributing to beach clean up, then we will share the treasures found and reflect on the waste in the marine ecosystem. You will complement the cleaning with 1h30min of water sports where you will also solve questions about the impact that humans have generated in the marine ecosystem and its importance for life. The group that collects the most waste and gets the most correct answers will receive a prize. At the end we will offer a meal in a beach bar atmosphere.
Our nautical schools are non-profit associations that employ people with mental functional diversity or young people in vulnerable socio-economic situations. Also, they have sustainable practices such as repairing and reusing boats and other sea related materials, and use as less possible .
This team building can be done on the beaches of Barcelona, Maresme (25 min from Barcelona) or Castelldefels (25 min from Barcelona). All beaches can be reached by train and then a few minutes walking.
On Barcelona beaches there are more restrictions for group activities and you have to ask for permission 1 month in advance.
Water sports:
From April 15th to October 20th there is good weather for doing maritime sports. A wetsuit will be provided for the rest of the year.
Barcelona city b each clean up :
Low season: from 09/30 to 04/12 every day, any time. 80 ppl max.
Half season: from 04/13 to 05/24 From Monday to Friday during all day. 80 ppl max.
High season: from 05/25 to 09/15 from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. Less than 80 ppl according to City Hall decision each year.

There are towns in Barcelona metropolitan area that are more flexible in size group and schedules.
Sea activities, massage and interactive movement activities are suitable for people with mental and physical functional diversity.

Prices do not include transportation. You can arrive to this activity by train. Private transportation can be arranged upon request.

The food products are, when possible, GMO free and ecologically friendly.
We use biodegradable or reusable tableware and cutlery.
Our nautical schools are non-profit associations that promote sea, beach and marine culture-related activities. We work according to social and supportive economy criteria, such as social work placement for people with mental functional diversity or young people at risk of social exclusion, and carry out ecological management by minimizing the use of fuel or by recovering unused maritime heritage articles such as containers, boats, and sails.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
– Group: min 10 ppl.
– VAT is not included in prices.
– Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. We might be able to accommodate for other languages at a higher rate.
– 50% of payment must be done at least one month in advance of booking, other 50% percent must be done, at least one day before the event.
– You will get a certificate for having done a sustainable experience or activity.
– You will get photos and a short video as a souvenir.
– If it rains, the event will be done with an umbrella or it will be scheduled for another day.
Total Cancellation of Services:
The client has the right to cancel the contract without reason, with written notice to green events. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the following cancellation fees:
Additionally, the client can reduce the number of participants by 10% without reason, with written notice to green events, up to 5 days before the event.
