In this team building you will visit a bee conservation and honey production farm that was created to employ people with mental functional diversity. These employees help take care of the bees and are also co-tour guides for the visitors. During the visit, the participants will reflect on similarities between the organization of the bees’ colony and the company’s organization; this will contribute to your company’s strategic reflections.
After visiting the honeycomb panels, you will eat a delicious paella dish and you will taste different honeys. The bee farm is 40 minutes away from Barcelona where you can enjoy awesome views of the Mediterranean sea.

Bees like warm weather. You can do this experience from November to February, however there is no contact with the bees.

– 50% of payment must be done at least one month in advance of booking, other 50% percent must be done, at least one day before the event.
– You will get a certificate for having done a sustainable experience or activity.
– You will get photos and a short video as a souvenir.
– If it rains, the event will be done with an umbrella or it will be scheduled for another day.
Total Cancellation of Services:
The client has the right to cancel the contract without reason, with written notice to green events. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the following cancellation fees:
Additionally, the client can reduce the number of participants by 10% without reason, with written notice to green events, up to 5 days before the event.
